Die deutsche Nachkriegsliteratur ist geprgt durch Problematisierungen des Zweiten Weltkrieges, Heimkehrer und das deutsche Volk in seinem OpferSein'. Dies sind aber nur deutschdeutsche Themen ohne die jdischen je anzusprechen. Denn die deutsche Nachkriegsliteratur identifizierte sich ohne die jdische Vergangenheit und Historiographie und eben darum auch ohne die Thematisierung des Holocaust. Insofern gilt es festzustellen, wie der Holocaust thematisiert wurde und vor Allem wie mit jdischen Schriftstellern und ihren spezifischen Themen in der deutschen Literatur nach 1945 umgegangen wurde. Die Arbeit sttzt sich grundlegend auf Stephan Braeses Buch: Die andere Erinnerung. Jdische Autoren in der deutschen Nachkriegsliteratur': Bestimmend fr den spezifischen, den eigentmlichen Ort jdischer Autoren in der westdeutschen Nachkriegsliteratur ist vielmehr ein einziger sozialgeschichtlicher Sachverhalt: ihre NichtTeilhabe an der kollektiven Erfahrung der Mehrheit der Deutschen zwischen 1933 und 1945 sowie deren subjektgeschichtliche Aufzeichnung der anderen Erinnerung.'
