Nach mehrjhriger Unterrichtsttigkeit folgte die experimentelle Untersuchung der Atmung am Institut fr Arbeitswissenschaft der Technischen Hochschule Darmstadt. Das Studium der Allgemeinen Pdagogik fhrte 1990 zur Promotion.
