Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 1997 im Fachbereich VWL Geldtheorie, Geldpolitik, Note: 1, Universitt Hamburg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der Aufbau der Arbeit ergibt sich aus den folgenden berlegungen: Nach einer Behandlung der theoretischen Grundlagen des Themas soll zunchst zum besseren Verstndnis die institutionelle Ausgestaltung sowie die geldpolitischen Zielsetzungen der drei Notenbanken vorgestellt werden. Die Kapitel fnf und sechs orientieren sich an der in der Literatur hufig geuerten Vorstellung, da eine gesetzliche Festlegung von Notenbankautonomie nicht ausreicht, um einer Zentralbank eine tatschlich unabhngige Geldpolitik zu ermglichen. Daher wrde es auch nicht gengen, den AutonomieStatus der Banken allein anhand ihrer gesetzlichen Grundlagen zu berprfen. Dies knnte vielleicht Thema einer rein juristischen Arbeit sein. Dem Politologen mu neben den Gesetzen unter anderem die gesellschaftliche Akzeptanz der Autonomie, der Durchsetzungswille und die Unabhngigkeit ihrer leitenden Persnlichkeiten, der gesellschaftliche und politische Kontext sowie die Geschichte der Banken und der Staaten interessieren. Diese Faktoren werden unter dem Begriff faktische Autonomie zusammengefat.
