Dabei sollen auch fr die Untersuchung wichtige allgemeine Hintergrundinformationen ber HAMILTON, JAY und MADISON sowie der hier hauptschlich betrachteten Schrift, dem Federalist', in systematischer Art und Weise gegeben werden (Ziffer 2+3). Danach wird die geschichtliche Ausgangssituation geschildert und gezeigt, wie es zu einer Unabhngigkeit Amerikas kam und welche Implikationen fr die amerikanische Verfassung dies mit sich brachte. Ausgehend vom Menschenbild der Autoren des Federalist werden sodann die daraus resutierenden Thesen ber die Notwendigkeit des Staates dargestellt und erlutert (Ziffer 4). Ein Ausblick rundet die Untersuchung ab.
