Es lsst sich festhalten, dass alle unternehmerischen Entscheidungen mit Risiken und Unsicherheit verbunden sind. Der bundesdeutsche Gesetzgeber hat auf diese Situation reagiert und durch Erweiterung des 91 AktG im Rahmen des Gesetzes zur Kontrolle und Transparenz im Unternehmensbereich (KonTraG) brsennotierte Unternehmen und groe Kapitalgesellschaften zur Implementierung eines angemessenen Risikofrherkennungssystems verpflichtet. Diese Gesetzesnderung hat auch Ausstrahlungswirkungen auf andere Unternehmensformen. Deshalb mssen sich alle Unternehmen, insbesondere auch KMU, deren volkswirtschaftliche Bedeutung mit 60 Prozent der gesamten Bruttowertschpfung und 70 Prozent aller Arbeitnehmer eindrucksvoll ist, auf die oben beschriebene vernderte Situation einstellen, denn der langfristige Erfolg eines Unternehmens hngt davon ab, dass die zuknftigen Risiken frhzeitig erkannt und gesteuert werden. Um dies zu erreichen, muss die Unternehmensfhrung ber ein effizientes Instrument zur Frherkennung bzw. Steuerung von Risiken verfgen.
