Neben der BSC fr das Gesamtunternehmen lsst sich die BSC ebenso fr Unternehmensteilbereiche verwenden. Aufgrund der zunehmenden Bedeutung der Beschaffung ist es mithin fr viele Unternehmen sinnvoll, eine BeschaffungsBalanced Scorecard3 zu entwickeln. 4 Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Entwicklung einer derartigen Scorecard fr die Beschaffung. Die Arbeit ist so aufgebaut, dass in Kapitel zwei zunchst eine allgemeine Unternehmens Scorecard beschrieben wird. Es wird dabei eine Unterteilung vorgenommen zwischen der Funktion der BSC als reines Kennzahlensystem und der Mglichkeit die BSC als Managementsystem einzusetzen. Kapitel drei stellt die Aufgaben des Beschaffungsbereichs dar, wobei hier insbesondere die prozessorientierte Sicht betont wird. Die Entwicklung der BBSC ist der Hauptteil dieser Arbeit. Nachdem zunchst die Einsatzvoraussetzungen geklrt werden, wird eine Beschaffungsstrategie und im weiteren Ziele und Kennzahlen fr die einzelnen Perspektiven entwickelt. Daran anschlieend folgt eine kritische Betrachtung der Einsatzmglichkeiten. Die Arbeit endet mit einer Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse.
