Product DescriptionAls groe Publikumserfolge der Ballets Russes stehen die Josephslegende (1914) und der Verlorene Sohn (1929) fr die ungebrochene Aktualitt biblischer Lehren die bis heute whrende Rezeptionsgeschichte und die vielen Neuauflagen beweisen die anhaltende Gltigkeit ihres Inhalts ebenso wie diejenige der Choreographien Fokines und Balanchines als Meilensteine der Ballettgeschichte, auf die noch immer rekurriert wird. Hanna Walsdorf nimmt das intermediale Geflecht von Bibeltext und Libretto, aus Musik, Bhnen und Kostmgestaltung sowie den choreographischen Konzepten Fokines und Balanchines in den Fokus. Anhand der Frage, wie und in welchem Mae diese einzelnen Bausteine aufeinander und insbesondere auf den Bibeltext Bezug nehmen, wird der Diskrepanz zwischen Ausgangstext und seiner interpretierenden bersetzung in Tanz nachgesprt.About the AuthorHanna Walsdorf, geboren 1982 in Oberhausen, studierte Musikwissenschaft, Politische Wissenschaft sowie Historische Hilfswissenschaften und Archivkunde in Salzburg und Bonn. Zurzeit promoviert sie am Fachbereich Kunst, Musik und Tanzwissenschaft der Universitt Salzburg.
