In der jngeren Vergangenheit wurde Karriere gro geschrieben, das bedeutete weniger, spt oder keine Kinder. Die heutigen und zuknftigen lteren Mitarbeiter haben im Laufe ihres Arbeitslebens viele Qualifikationen erworben. Qualifikationen sind ein Teil des Personalvermgenskonzepts. Um das Personalvermgenskonzept zu verstehen, werden in der Arbeit dessen Kernaussagen kurz vorgestellt. Dem Knnen und Wollen der lteren Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter kommt knftig eine steigende Bedeutung zu, insbesondere in kunden und dienstleistungsintensiven Branchen. Ohne das spezielle Personalvermgen dieser Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, ist voraussichtlich die Innovations und Leistungsfhigkeit von Unternehmen zuknftig nicht mehr gegeben oder auf jeden Fall eingeschrnkt.
