Im ersten Teil der Arbeit werden verschiedene Grundproblematiken skizziert, die fr die sptere Klassifizierung der 11a EStG Regelung wesentlich sind. Der Hauptteil der Arbeit befasst sich mit der derzeitig gltigen Gesetzeslage des 11a EStG und deren Auslegung. Weitere Kernelemente dieser Arbeit stellen die Beurteilung der Regelung seitens wirtschaftlicher Institutionen, die Darstellung kritischer Punkte sowie eine systematische Einordnung und Bewertung des 11a EStG dar. Ziel dieser Arbeit soll es sein, eine mglichst systematische und nachvollziehbare Darstellung der in 11a EStG bestehenden Regelungen zu geben, ohne dabei den (notwendigen) kritischen Focus zu vernachlssigen. Der 11 EStG, welcher ebenfalls eine begnstigte Besteuerung nicht entnommener Gewinne ermglicht, wird in dieser Arbeit lediglich als Randthema kurz erlutert, da eine genauere Behandlung dieser Regelungen den Rahmen dieser Arbeit sprengen wrde.
