Geburtstag herauszugeben: Zum einen stieen wir bei den angesprochenen Kollegen ausnahmslos auf die spontane Bereit schaft, einen Beitrag zu dem von uns vorgeschlagenen Rahmenthema der Festschrift zu leisten. Als Herausgeber konnten wir uns darauf beschrnken, die anregende Vielfalt der Beitrge in eine gewisse Ordnung zu bringen. Zum anderen konnten wir angesichts der ausfhrlichen Wrdigungen, die der Jubilar in den l vergangenen Jahren erfahren hat, darauf verzichten, sein umfangreiches wissenschaftliches Werk und sein curriculum vitae im einzelnen zu dokumentieren und zu erlutern. Dabei berse hen wir natrlich nicht, welche wichtigen wissenschaftlichen Leistungen EOMuNo HEINEN ge rade auch in den vergangenen fnf Jahren erbracht hatZ und welche zustzlichen besonderen 3 Ehrungen ihm zuteil geworden sind Der Bezug des Titels dieser Festschrift "Die Betriebswirtschaftslehre im Spannungsfeld zwi schen Generalisierung und Spezialisierung" zu Leben und Werk des Jubilars ist wenig erkl rungsbedrftig.
