Er studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der JohannWolfgangGoetheUniversitt Frankfurt am Main und promovierte 1994 mit der vorliegenden Arbeit. Seit 1992 ist er als Rechtsanwalt am Landgericht Frankfurt am Main zugelassen.
