Das Ziel dieser Arbeit bestand darin, eine primar auf die Erfullung interner Aufgaben ausgerichtete Analyse der (Kon zern) Verrechnungspreisbildung vorzunehmen. Der Schwer punkt dieser Arbeit wurde daher der Bearbeitung folgender beiden Fragenkomplexe gewidmet: 1. Welche Wertansatze sind fur konzerninterne Lieferungen und Leistungen anzusetzen, damit innerhalb der lang fristigen operativen Konzernplanung aus Gesamtkonzern sicht richtige Entscheidungen getroffen werden konnen7 2. Welche Wertansatze sind fur konzerninterne Lieferungen und Leistungen im internen Rechnungswesen anzusetzen, urn damit die Anforderungen an ein konzerninternes In formations und Planungssystem im Rahmen der kurzfristi gen operativen Konzernplanung weitestgehend erfullen zu konnen? Fur die Beantwortung dieser Fragen wurde der Betrachtungs gegenstand auf vertikale Industriekonzerne mit Angebotspro duktion in der Auspragung als Vertragskonzerne begrenzt und das Hauptaugenmerk auf Sachleistungen ausgerichtet. Bezugl ich der ersten Frage konnte fur die wichtigsten lang fristigen Projektentscheidungen in vertikalen Konzernen ge zeigt werden, daB aus Gesamtkonzernsicht richtige Entschei dungen nur dann getroffen werden konnen, wenn Konzernver rechnungswerte fur zu berucksichtigende konzerninterne Sach leistungen angesetzt werden, die investitionstheoretisch unter Berucksichtigung des Prinzips der relevanten Ein und Auszahlungen ermittelt werden. Daneben konnte aufgezeigt 31 werden, daB ein pauschaler Ansatz von Marktpreisen oder Vollkosten generell die Gefahr in sich birgt, daB aus Ge samtkonzernsicht vorteilhafte Investitionen ausgeschieden oder unvorteilhafte Investitionen durchgefuhrt werden.
