Die vorliegende Arbeit setzt sich damit auseinander, wie naiv oder gar unsinnig Bruno Latours Ansatz tatschlich ist. Hierzu wird zunchst analysiert, worum es sich sowohl im geistes und sozialwissenschaftlichen als auch rechtlichen Sinne bei einem "Ding" handelt. Der zweite Teil der Arbeit behandelt zunchst die Grundannahmen Bruno Latours, klrt Begrifflichkeiten und zeichnet seine Argumentation nach. Seine These, wir seien nie modern gewesen, die "AkteurNetzwerkTheorie" sowie "Das Parlament der Dinge" stehen dabei im Zentrum des Interesses . Desweiteren wird auf die hufigsten Kritikpunkte an Latours Arbeit eingegangen. Zuletzt wird die Frage, ob diese tatschlich haltbar sind, erneut aufgegriffen und auf Basis der vorausgehenden Untersuchungen beantwortet.
