Diese Historie ist ausschlaggebend fr die derzeitige Gestalt der Partei und hngt mit dem Ergebnis der Bundestagswahl 2009 eng zusammen. Diese Arbeit zeichnet die Auseinandersetzungen in der Vergangenheit im ersten Teil nach und schaut auf die jeweiligen Folgen, die bis heute nachwirken. Im zweiten Teil wird deutlich, dass der Wahltriumph 2009 gleichsam als bedeutsames Missverstndnis zwischen Partei und Whlern interpretiert werden kann. Seine Kurzlebigkeit ist das Ergebnis eines falsch verstandenen Whlerauftrags und fehlenden Vertrauens. Dies wird aus einer genauen Betrachtung des Wahlergebnisses ersichtlich. Man muss feststellen: Aus der Krise der Volksparteien ist eine umfassende Krise der politischen Reprsentation geworden.
