Die vorliegende Arbeit ist eine biomechanische Studie zur Rekonstruktion des vorderen Kreuzbandes (VKB). In einem mehrteiligen Versuch wurden Ausriversuche an einem 4strngigen porkinen Sehnentransplantat nach PressFit Fixation mit autologem Knochenzylinder am bovinen sowie humanen Prparat vorgenommen. Untersucht wurden der Einfluss der Relation von Knochenblock zu Kanal und Transplantatgre und der Einfluss der Knochendichte auf die Primrstabilitt. Als stabilstes Verhltnis von Kanal zu Transplantat zu Blockdurchmesser wurde 1.16:1:0.95 ermittelt. Die Werte sind positiv mit der Knochendichte korreliert. Hinsichtlich der Primrstabilitt liegen die Ergebnisse im unteren Bereich der Daten aus der Literatur bezglich anderer Fixationsmethoden. Die Technik bietet in unseren Augen eine alternative Primrfixation bzw. eine zustzliche Verankerung v.a. bei der anatomischen VKBRekonstruktion in doublebundle Technik sowie im Hinblick auf Revisionseingriffe.
