Dabei werden gleich einem konomischen Marktmodell die Kinder als Konsumenten von Sprachfrderung und die Wissenschaft (Psychologen, Pdagogen und Linguisten) als ihr Produzent aufgefasst. Es wird von der Annahme ausgegangen, dass der optimale Abgleich der Sprachfrderung (Angebot) mit der Bedrfnisstruktur (Nachfrage) zentral fr eine bestmgliche Sprachfrderung aller Kinder ist. Mit Hilfe von Sprachstandserfassungsverfahren (SEV) soll die Nachfrage sondiert werden, um ein mglichst genaues Bild von den Bedrfnissen der Kinder/ der Konsumenten zu erhalten. Spezielle Frderprogramme unterschiedlicher Ausrichtung und Prgung sollen den Bedrfnissen nach Sprachfrderung Rechnung tragen. Dabei greifen sie auf Daten zurck, die mit Hilfe jener Screeningverfahren oder mit einer programmeigenen Diagnostik erhoben werden. Die Arbeit stellt exemplarisch SEV vor und analysiert, was genau mit ihnen getestet wird (Pragmatik, Lexik, Grammatik usw.). Dabei steht im Mittelpunkt die Frage: Bilden die Screenings die Bedrfnisse tatschlich genau genug ab, um eine gezielte Frderung gewhrleisten zu knnen? Anders herum gefragt: Handelt es sich bei den Frderprogrammen um eine Arbeit nach dem Giekannenprinzip' oder um gezielte Frderung zur Bedrfnisbefriedigung aller Konsumenten': jener von Kindern mit Deutsch als Erst und der von Kindern mit Deutsch als Zweitsprache? Es kommt in dieser Arbeit zwar dabei einerseits in den Blick, welche Inhalte die Frderprogramme vermitteln, andererseits geht es aber noch mehr darum, ob die Inhalte optimal auf die durch die SEV ermittelten Sprachentwicklungsstnde abgestimmt
