Es hat mich verwundert, dass es Christen gibt, die so etwas scheinbar erlebt haben und von denen es nicht nur wenige gibt. Auf der anderen Seite habe ich immer wieder Stimmen vernommen, die sich dagegen ausgesprochen haben. Wer hat nun Recht? Ich konnte und kann mir noch immer nicht vorstellen, dass so viele Christen sich diese zweite Erfahrung' nur einbilden oder sie vortuschen. Irgendetwas muss da doch sein. In der Vorbereitung zu dieser Arbeit stie ich zuerst auf ein Buch von William und Robert Menzies. Vater und Sohn schreiben davon, dass Lukas und Paulus die Wirkung des Heiligen Geistes in ihren Werken unterschiedlich beschreiben und akzentuieren. Das hat mich sehr ins Nachdenken gebracht. Jeder Schreiber der Bibel hat eine ganz bestimmte Intention mit seiner Stoffauswahl und in der Darstellung seines Werkes. Darum sollte jeder einzelne auch wahr und erstgenommen werden. Diese Trennung von Lukas und Paulus, der unser Geistverstndnis neben Lukas im Wesentlichen prgt, ist der Ausgangspunkt meiner Arbeit. Mein Ziel ist es zu verdeutlichen, was Lukas in seinem Evangelium und in der Apostelgeschichte transportieren wollte. Was wollte Lukas uns sagen? Was wollte Gott uns mitteilen? Durch diese Akzentsetzung werden andere Autoren der Bibel nur am Rand erwhnt und behandelt.
