Product DescriptionDie Strom und Gaswirtschaft in den Lndern der EG ist berwiegend monopolistisch strukturiert. Lediglich in Grobritannien fand vor kurzem eine Reformierung statt. Die EG betreibt eine Liberalisierung dieses Bereichs. Die vorliegende Arbeit befat sich zunchst mit den Auswirkungen, die der EWGVertrag auf diesen Markt hat. Um jedoch effektiven Wettbewerb zu erffnen, ist es erforderlich, den gesamten Markt umzustrukturieren. Bislang beschrnken sich die Untersuchungen auf die Einfhrung von Durchleitungsrechten. Die Autorin entwickelt und untersucht weitere Wettbewerbsmodelle auf ihre Wirksamkeit und rechtliche Durchsetzbarkeit nach dem EWGVertrag. Sie leistet hiermit einen wichtigen Beitrag zu der Diskussion um mehr Wettbewerb in der Energiewirtschaft.About the AuthorDie Autorin: Angela Rapp wurde 1962 geboren. Sie studierte Rechtswissenschaft an der Universitt Kiel und der University of Surrey/Guilford. Das Referendariat absolvierte sie in Kiel, Berlin und Luxemburg. Anschlieend arbeitete sie als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Lehrstuhl von Prof. Dr. Dr. Ebenroth, an der Universitt Konstanz, wo sie auch 1991 zum Dr. jur. promovierte. Seit 1991 ist sie bei der Treuhandanstalt in Berlin beschftigt.
