Es wird deutlich, dass es zu einer teilweisen Entkopplung von Wirtschaftswachstum und Abfallproduktion gekommen ist. Die befragten Akteure bewerten abfallwirtschaftliche Fragen vom Standpunkt der kognitiven Sicherheit. Dabei spielt die Beratung der ffentlichkeit durch Experten eine immer wichtigere Rolle. About the Author Dr. Bernd Martens habilitierte sich mit der hier angezeigten Arbeit an der Universitt Tbingen. Seit 1998 ist er wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Universitt Karlsruhe.
