Wer nun eine trockene Abhandlung quer durch die Geschichte der Wissenschaften erwartet, wird enttuscht werden: das Buch ist derart spannend geschrieben, dass ich es gar nicht mehr aus der Hand legen wollte und es in einem Rutsch in ein paar Tagen regelrecht gefressen habe. Anhand der Geschichte einer Reisegruppe, bestehend aus verschiedenen Charakteren (in denen man leicht sich selbst und Menschen aus seinem Umkreis erkennen kann), die den "Berg des Wissens und der Einsicht" besteigt um auf Fragen der Existenz Antworten zu finden, wird der Leser nach und nach zum Verstndnis der Welt der Gegenwart gefhrt. Dabei schafft er es, komplizierte Sachverhalte in verblffender Weise einfach und klar zu erklren. Ich kann, nein muss das Buch all denjenigen empfehlen, die sich womglich wie ich bis zur spten Pubertt auch schon mal mit den Fragen der Existenz auseinandergesetzt haben, und dann whrend dem Prozess des Erwachsenwerdens langsam und unmerklich dem "Dickicht des alltglichen Denkens" erlegen sind.About the AuthorAbitur 1971, Technikstudium, Patente, Grndung kleiner Flugzeugfirma zum Baun und Erprobung eines neuartigen Flugzeuges, 150 Stck in 12 Jahren verkauft.
