In der rechtsvergleichenden Betrachtung werden Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede in der Handhabung der haftungsrechtlichen Fragen in beiden Rechtssystemen untersucht. Eine erhebliche Rolle spielen dabei die bei der Ausstellung von Comfort Letters geltenden Standards SAS Nr. 72 in den USA sowie der in Deutschland magebliche IDW Prfungsstandard PS 910.About the AuthorDer Autor: Kai Landmann studierte Rechtswissenschaft in Konstanz, Grenoble und Atlanta. Von 2002 bis 2005 promovierte der Autor an der Universitt Heidelberg, 2004 erfolgte der Master of LawAbschluss an der EmoryUniversity in Atlanta. Die Rechtsanwaltszulassung im USBundesstaat New York erlangte der Autor im Jahr 2006. Das Referendariat absolvierte er von 2005 bis 2007 am Hanseatischen Oberlandesgericht in Hamburg.
