Product DescriptionDie handels und entwicklungspolitische Zusammenarbeit zwischen der EU und den AKPStaaten ist die lteste auf vlkerrechtlichen Vertrgen beruhende Kooperation zwischen Industrie und Entwicklungslndern. In der Arbeit wird die Tiefe der knapp 50 Jahre whrenden Zusammenarbeit erstmalig im Zusammenhang dargestellt und juristisch analysiert. Im Schwerpunkt geht es um die Vertrge, die die aktuelle Rechtslage gestalten: das Abkommen von Cotonou und die Wirtschaftspartnerschaftsabkommen, die mit den AKPStaaten bis Ende 2007 verhandelt wurden. Insbesondere wird die Vereinbarkeit der Handelsabkommen mit den Regelungen des GATT geprft. Danach lsst das GATT Raum fr die Bercksichtigung der Bedrfnisse von Entwicklungslndern. Im Ergebnis verstoen dennoch alle Abkommen derzeit gegen das GATT.About the AuthorJan Schubert, geboren 1979 in Flensburg, studierte in Potsdam und Lausanne Rechtswissenschaften. Sein Rechtsreferendariat beendete er 2011 im Kammergerichtsbezirk Berlin, Ausbildungsstationen waren unter anderem das Bundeswirtschaftsministerium und die Deutsche Botschaft in Sdafrika. Derzeit arbeitet er als Rechtsanwalt in Frankfurt am Main.
