Mit den HartzReformen wurden die umfangreichsten nderungen im arbeitsmarktpolitischen und sozialen Bereich seit dem Bestehen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (BRD) vorgenommen. Im April des Jahres 2012 wurden die Regelstze erneut von dem Berliner Sozialgericht als Versto gegen das Grundgesetz bewertet, bevor sie jedoch vom Bundesverfassungsgericht im Juli desselben Jahres als rechtmig erklrt wurden. Die wrdevolle Existenzsicherung durch den Staat ist seit den HartzReformen somit in der Diskussion und sie umfasst neben den HartzIVGesetzen weitere armutsrelevante Faktoren. Die vorliegende Untersuchung beschftigt sich mit der Fragestellung, inwieweit die HartzReformen auf die Armutsentwicklung in der BRD Einfluss genommen haben. Die zu Grunde liegende Thematik mit dem Titel HartzReformen und Armutsentwicklung in Deutschland" lsst sich inhaltlich in zwei Bereiche aufteilen, die mit den ersten beiden Kapiteln Armut" und Reformpaket: Moderne Dienstleistungen am Arbeitsmarkt" dargestellt werden. Die Synthese der Erkenntnisse wird anschlieend mit den Verbindungen zwischen den Gesetzen fr moderne Dienstleistungen am Arbeitsmarkt und der Armutsentwicklung in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland" formuliert.
