Andererseits werden die Belegschaften durchschnittlich lter und verweilen auch lnger im Unternehmen. Um die Produktivitt der Arbeitnehmer auch im Alter konstant zu halten, bedarf es eines umfassenden Konzepts zum Erhalt der Arbeitsfhigkeit. Daher soll in der vorliegenden Arbeit zum Thema Arbeitnehmer mit Rckenschmerzen? Die Herausforderung Demografischer Wandel' im Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement die Frage beantwortet werden: Welche Herausforderungen ergeben sich fr Unternehmen durch die Erfordernisse des Demografischen Wandels und wie ist es durch ein ganzheitliches Konzept des betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements mglich, die Arbeits und Leistungsfhigkeit der Beschftigten zu frdern. Hierzu werde ich die Auswirkungen des demografischen Wandels auf die Unternehmen skizzieren und beschreiben, mit welchen Mitteln die Betriebe auf diese bereits reagieren. Da viele Unternehmen dabei die spezifischen Potenziale lterer Mitarbeiter unterschtzen, soll zunchst auf die Leistungsfhigkeit lterer Arbeitnehmer eingegangen werden. Anschlieend wird das Konzept Haus der Arbeitsfhigkeit' von Ilmarinen vorgestellt um die Faktoren zu skizzieren, die fr den Erhalt der Arbeits und Leistungsfhigkeit der Mitarbeiter eine Rolle spielen.
