Als konkrete Beispiele werden Parteitage, Wahlkmpfe und Internet bzw. Intranet nher analysiert. Die vorliegende Arbeit will sich dieser Frage und ihren Aspekten in einem wissenschaftlichtheoretischen Rahmen nhern. Eine empirische Untersuchung knnte das Thema umfassender erklren, wrde jedoch den Rahmen dieser Arbeit sprengen. Somit soll als leitende Forschungsfrage an diese Arbeit die folgende gerichtet werden: Was ist das Besondere an der internen Kommunikation von politischen Parteien? Als Ergnzung und vor allem auch als Anleitung fr den Aufbau der Arbeit, will ich auerdem danach fragen: Wie unterscheiden sich Parteien strukturell und in ihrer internen Kommunikation von anderen Organisationen?' Daher werden im Laufe der Arbeit die folgenden Aspekte der internen Kommunikation beleuchtet, um anschlieend in der Zusammenschau eine umfassende Arbeit geben zu knnen. Es wird zunchst der Rahmen der Betrachtung abgesteckt, in dem der Begriff Organisation' und andere zentrale Begriffe wie System' und Funktionen' erklrt werden. Es folgen eine Darstellung der Merkmale politischer Kommunikation und ihrer Funktionen, eine Gegenberstellung von (interner) ffentlichkeitsarbeit und (interner) Kommunikation sowie die Durchleuchtung von politischen Parteien aus organisationsstruktureller Sicht. Schlielich werden die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse anhand dreier praktischer Beispiele aus der Kommunikationswelt politischer Parteien, nmlich dem Wahlkampf, dem Parteitag und der Nutzung des Internet als Kommunikationsmedium berprft und plastisch gemacht.
