Ziel der Arbeit ist, die Vergtungs, Vertretungs und Aufwendungsersatzfragen erstmals systematisch zu erfassen, voneinander abzugrenzen und in ein in sich stimmiges Kostensystem zu berfhren, das die unterschiedlichen Konstellationen in der Praxis bercksichtigt. Zugleich werden die (mglichen) Auswirkungen der Kostenfragen auf die Aufsichtsratsttigkeit errtert. About the Author Der Autor: Konrad Berger studierte Rechtswissenschaft an der Universitt Freiburg und legte dort 1995 die Erste juristische Staatsprfung ab. Das Rechtsreferendariat am Landgericht Stuttgart schlo er 1997 mit der Zweiten juristischen Staatsprfung ab. Danach promovierte er an der Juristischen Fakultt der Universitt Tbingen. Seit Januar 1999 arbeitet der Autor als Rechtsanwalt bei S. G. Archibald, Andersen Legal in Paris.
