In der Einleitung ist ferner die Bedeutung und die Aktualitt der Landwirtschaft in den MOEL enthalten. Dies ist notwendig um einen kurzen Gesamtberblick ber die Thematik zu erhalten und die umfangreiche Komplexitt darzustellen. Das folgende Kapitel Situation der Landwirtschaft in den ostmitteleuropischen EUBeitrittslndern" versucht dieses komplexe Thema ein wenig einzugrenzen. So wird versucht durch einen kurzen berblick ber den Einfluss des historischen Erbes aber auch durch die Entwicklung und den Vergleich der Landwirtschaft in den Lndern anhand ausgewhlter Sektoren, die Thematik nher zu erlutern. Die Integration der ostmitteleuropischen Landwirtschaft in die EU bildet den dritten Teil der Arbeit, der die Positionen und Forderungen seitens der EU als auch der MOEL beinhaltet. Weitere Bercksichtigung erhalten die verschiedenen Heranfhrungsinstrumente, durch die eine Anpassung der Landwirtschaft in den MOEL an den Status der EU erreicht werden soll. Das vierte Kapitel wagt einen Blick in die Zukunft, der einerseits durch die Frage nach dem Potential der Landwirtschaft nach einem Beitritt veranschaulicht werden soll, andererseits durch die Auflistung von mglichen Risikobereichen und Problemen in der Landwirtschaft. Hierbei sei festgestellt, dass ein Blick in die Zukunft nur schwer mglich ist.
