Obwohl Projektmanagement in vielen Unternehmen ein immer strkeres Gewicht fr die Leistungserbringung bekommen hat, konzentrierte sich die Personalentwicklung in der Vergangenheit vorwiegend auf die Linienkarriere. Projektmanagement diente lediglich zur Befhigung fr eine Linienkarriere. Der Aufbau von PMKompetenzen muss daher als strategische Managementaufgabe gesehen werden, die auf allen Ebenen, vom Projektmitarbeiter ber das zentrale Controlling bis zum Top Management, ansetzt. Das Konzept der lernenden Organisation stellt hier eine Mglichkeit dar, die Projektorganisation hinsichtlich ihrer Methoden und Standards kontinuierlich zu verbessern und geht ber die Frderung von einzelnen Fhigkeiten des Projektpersonals hinaus. Vor allem in Multiprojektmanagementorganisationen mssen Erfahrungen und das Wissen auch in spteren Projekten genutzt werden knnen. Zielsetzung der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, die Mglichkeiten des organisationalen Lernens in Projektorganisationen zu beleuchten und Vorgehensweisen des Modells der lernenden Organisation auf Projektorganisationen zu bertragen. Hierzu werden frderliche Rahmenbedingungen fr organisationales Lernen in Projektstrukturen, die in den Unternehmen in unterschiedlichen Reifegraden bereits existieren bzw. durch ProjektmanagementStandards festgelegt sind, beschrieben. Abschlieend werden Mglichkeiten zur Gestaltung einer lernenden Projektorganisation dargestellt.
