Er studierte von 1988 bis 1992 Rechtswissenschaft in Passau. Sein Referendariat absolvierte er von 1993 bis 1995 im Raum Niederbayern/Oberpfalz. Nach der schriftlichen Prfung zum Assessorexamen begann er an der Universitt Passau mit der Anfertigung dieser Dissertation. Seit 1996 ist er fr die Juristische Zentrale des ADAC in Mnchen mit Schwerpunkt Verkehrsrecht ttig.
