Diese Arbeit will vor allem Eines: Vorurteile und ngste abbauen und Verlagen Fallbeispiele an die Hand geben, die zeigen, was mglich ist. Sie geht dabei von 4 zentralen Thesen aus: 1. Nutzer wollen an Produktion und Distribution von Inhalten aktiv partizipieren. 2. Marketingstrategien mssen unterhaltsamen Content bieten. 3. Es zahlt sich fr Verlage aus, Content kostenfrei zu verteilen und User Generated Content zu frdern. 4. Die klassischen Kategorien Werbung" und Content" sind nicht mehr klar zu trennen. Anhand realer Beispiele wie dem Alternate Reality Game Cagot,Buchtrailern und User Generated Content werden die Thesen an der Praxis gemessen und ausgebaut. Fr die Arbeit erstellte Interviews mit Leander Wattig, Medienberater, und Thomas Zorbach, Geschftsfhrer der Transmedia Agentur vmpeople, dienen als zustzliche Quellen und sind im Anhang beigefgt.About the AuthorDennis Schmolk (Jahrgang 1987) studierte in Erlangen Buchwissenschaft und Soziologie, mit den Schwerpunkten Mediensoziologie, Digitalisierung und Social Media. Seine Bachelorarbeit schrieb er ber Social Media Strategien im Verlagsmarketing und den Wandel des Verhltnisses von Werbung und Content, Kunden und Unternehmen. 2012 konzipierte und veranstaltete er fr den KOSMOSVerlag ein Alternate Reality Game. Seit August 2012 arbeitet Dennis Schmolk bei dotbooks im Lektorat und twittert unter dotbooks_verlag.
