Am 28.07.2009 hat die Europische Kommission (Kommission') ein Konsultationspapier verffenlicht, mit dem sie die Reformvorschlge fr eine berarbeitete VertikalGVO (EntwurfsGVO'), sowie eine berarbeitete Fassung der bisherigen Leitlinien fr vertikale Beschrnkungen (EntwurfsLL') vorstellt. Bis zum 28.09.2009 hatten Interessierte und Unternehmen im Wege der Anhrung die Mglichkeit, Stellungnahmen zu diesen Dokumenten abzugeben , die von der Kommission ausgewertet wurden. Am 20.04.2010 wurde die Endfassung der neuen VertikalGVO verffentlicht. Ziel der Arbeit ist es, einige der wesentlichen Neuerungen darzustellen und zu bewerten. Aufgrund der spten Verffentlichung der Endfassung liegt der Schwerpunkt der Arbeit auf der Analyse der EntwurfsGVO und den dazugehrigen Leitlinien (B.). Im Anschluss wird die weitgehend erfolgte Umsetzung der nderungsvorschlge in der neuen VertikalGVO kurz aufgegriffen (C.), bevor ein abschlieendes Fazit mit Ausblick gezogen wird (D.)
