Die Arbeit der Personaldienste wird in Gegenberstellung zu diesen Entwicklungskonzepten analysiert und bewertet. About the Author Der Autor: Dieter Heidtmann wurde 1963 in Dsseldorf geboren. Er studierte Evangelische Theologie und Politikwissenschaft in Tbingen, Bonn und Oxford. Nach einer beruflichen Ttigkeit im Entwicklungsbereich arbeitet er seit 1993 an einer Dissertation im Fach Systematische Theologie an der Universitt Tbingen und ist Lehrbeauftragter der Evangelischen Fachhochschule Reutlingen.
