Sehr viele Anregungen gaben uns die Gesprache mit dem Bundespostministerium: Wir erfuhren dabei den freundlichen Rat un? die umfangreiche Unterstiitzung der Damen und Herren Prasident Helmut Pfister, Ministerialdirigent Dr. Richard JanBen und Ministerialrat Dr. Heinz Schlee, insbesondere aber Oberpostdirektorin Christel Spelberg und Ober amtsrat KarlHeinz Mahnke. Meine Mitarbeiter Dr. Rainer Forderreuther, Dipl.Kfm. Manfred Goeke und Dipl.Kfm. Jiirgen Faller haben den zweiten Entwurf sehr kritisch durchgesehen und mir dabei nichts durchgehen lassen. Beim Korrekturlesen haben mir zudem noch Dipl.Kfm. Wolfgang Licht und Dipl.Hdl. Hans Jiirgen Singer geholfen. Die Herren Faller und Licht besorg ten die miihevolle Arbeit der Registeranfertigung. Frau Hannelore Schmitt hat geschrieben und geklebt, bis aus dem ersten BandDiktat das satzreife Manuskript wurde. Ihnen allen sei abschlieBend das ehrlich gemeinte und herzliche 'Danke schon!' gesagt. Eine Inhaltsangabe eriibrigt sich im Vorwort: die Gliederung wie auch Ein fiihrung in die Problematik iibernehmen das. So steht am SchiuB eine Art Rechtfertigung unseres Vorhabens.
