Der Prognosegedanke ist im Kndigungsschutzrecht allerdings sehr unterschiedlich, insbesondere nicht immer vollstndig ausgestaltet. Eine oftmals widersprchliche Rechtsprechung stellt hierbei Arbeitgeber wie Arbeitnehmer vor erhebliche Rechtsanwendungsprobleme. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Abhandlung ist es, die in diesem Zusammenhang auftretenden Probleme zu analysieren. Insoweit dient das Buch auch der Vermittlung von Grundkenntnissen und Besonderheiten des Kndigungsschutzrechts. Das Hauptanliegen geht jedoch dahin, einheitliche Rechtsgrundstze fr die verschiedenen Kndigungsgrnde zu entwickeln, um damit einen Beitrag zum Abbau der oft als unertrglich empfundenen Rechtsunsicherheit im Kndigungsschutzrecht zu leisten.About the AuthorDer Autor: Johannes A. Honstetter wurde 1962 in Mainz geboren. Er studierte an der AlbertLudwigsUniversitt in Freiburg Jura und absolvierte im Anschlu daran sein Referendariat im Oberlandesgerichtsbezirk Stuttgart. Seit 1993 ist er fr eine deutsche Grobank im Raum Stuttgart ttig. Berufsbegleitend hlt er Vorlesungen im Fachbereich Bankrecht und bildet Banker aus.
