Nach der Einleitung wird im zweiten Kapitel ein berblick ber die psychosoziale Versorgung sowie die Versorgungsforschung des deutschen Gesundheitssystems gegeben um ein grundlegendes Verstndnis zu diesen Begrifflichkeiten zu schaffen. Des Weiteren werden im dritten Kapitel trkischstmmige Migranten, ihr geschichtlicher Hintergrund und demographische Grundlagen dieser Bevlkerungsgruppe dargelegt. Um eine Grundlage fr die psychosoziale Gesundheitsversorgung von Migranten zu schaffen, werden die bestehenden Daten dargestellt, die Aufschluss ber den psychosozialen Gesundheitszustand geben sollen sowie damit verbunden die Hindernisse ihrer Ermittlung erlutert. Das darauf folgende vierte Kapitel setzt sich mit den kulturellen Unterschieden im Allgemeinen, sprachlichen Verstndigungsschwierigkeiten sowie Problemen und Missverstndnissen in der Kommunikation zwischen Fachpersonal und Migranten in der psychosozialen Versorgung auseinander. Dafr geht das Kapitel auf das Medizinsystem, besonders im traditionellen Sinne ein und behandelt das traditionell geprgte Krankheitsverstndnis trkischer Migranten. Rollenverstndnis und Wertorientierung der traditionellen trkischen Familie und der nach Deutschland migrierten Familie ein werden festgehalten. Daran schliet sich im fnften Kapitel die Darstellung der psychosozialen Gesundheitsversorgung an indem Bedarf, Inanspruchnahme und Nachfrage erlutert werden.
