Die Aufnahme des Bandes in diese Reihe trgt damit der Tatsache Rechnung, da sich gerade auf dem Gebiet der Rechtsphilosophie die Differenz zwischen transzendentalphilosophischer und spekulativer Begrndung besonders deutlich und fabar zeigt, und zwar so, da die Notwendigkeit und Fruchtbarkeit des transzendentalphilosophischen Ansatzes noch einmal in einem anderen Licht erscheint.
