Ihr kommt aus diesem Grund im Besteuerungsverfahren eine besondere Bedeutung zu. Im Zusammenhang mit der Auenprfung lassen sich Konflikte zwischen den beteiligten Parteien auf der einen Seite der Steuerpflichtige, auf der anderen Seite die Finanzbehrde nicht immer vermeiden. In Rahmen meiner Ausfhrungen gehe ich auf die Rechte und Pflichten beider Seiten ein und versuche anschlieend hervorzuheben, inwieweit der Steuerpflichitge Mglichkeiten hat, sich gegen eine Verletzung der Rechte und Pflichten seitens der Finanzbehrde zur Wehr zu setzen. Dem Steuerberater des Steuerpflichtigen kommt dabei ebenfalls eine wichtige Rolle zu, auf die ich am Ende meiner Ausfhrungen gesondert eingehe. Er vertritt die Interessen seines Mandanten, muss aber gleichzeitig auch mit der Finanzbehrde kooperieren, um die Auenprfung mit einem mglichst guten Ergebnis fr den Steuerpflichtigen abschlieen zu knnen. Er steht somit unmittelbar zwischen beiden Parteien.
