Sie beschftigt sich mit den Vorteilen der zwei wichtigsten Finanzierungsverfahren, KD und UV, und widmet sich den stichhaltigen Argumenten, die fr das jeweilige Finanzierungsverfahren sprechen. Die GRV ist umlagefinanziert und gert dadurch in den Fokus der Analyse. Das Kapitel 2 beschftigt sich mit der GRV und ihren Chancen und Problemen, wobei letztere die Hauptgrnde dafr sind, dass die Riesterrente eingefhrt wurde. Folglich wird in Kapitel 3 auf die wichtigsten potenziellen Vorteile des Umlageverfahrens eingegangen. Im Anschluss an diese Ausfhrungen werden unter Punkt 4 das Kapitaldeckungsverfahren und dessen gravierendste Vorteile nher betrachtet. Unter Punkt 5 werden die Inhalte und die daraus resultierenden Probleme und Chancen der Riesterrente hinsichtlich des Personenkreises, der Frderung und Umsetzung erarbeitet und verdeutlicht. Schlielich reflektiert Kapitel 6 die Unterschiede der zwei verschiedenen Finanzierungsverfahren, geht auf die Riesterpflicht ein und versucht die Ausgestaltung der Riesterrente durch konkrete Lsungsvorschlge zu verbessern. Hier werden die Ergebnisse im Gesamtzusammenhang dargestellt und die Masterfrage beantwortet.
