Frauen, die im mittelstndischen Unternehmen ihres Ehemannes bzw. Partners mitarbeiten, und zwar unabhngig vom Bezug eines Entgelts fr ihre Ttigkeit, sind Gegenstand dieser Studie. Als Vergleichsgruppen wurden Mitinhaberinnen sowie Alleininhaberinnen in diesem Unternehmenssegment herangezogen. Insgesamt konnten knapp 1500 Frauen in der Auswertung der Fragebgen bercksichtigt werden. Besonderes Interesse galt dabei neben der Doppelbelastung der Frauen in Beruf und Haushalt auch Aspekten ihrer Qualifiaktion, der Art ihrer Mitarbeit sowie ihrer sozialen Absicherung. In zahlreichen Graphiken und Tabellen wird eine anschauliche Beschreibung der aktuellen Situation dieser Frauen vermittelt.
