Qualitative Informationen zu Gesundheits und Krankheitsvorstellungen der Migrantengruppen frdern das Verstndnis und ermglichen eine kompetente, beidseitig befriedigende Lsung von Gesundheitsproblemen. Die Fragestellung des Buches richtet sich auf die Rolle der Kommunikation bei der Gesundheitsfrderung von Migranten. Es werden dabei auch Aspekte der Kultur wie nationale Stereotype und ihre Rolle bei der Konfrontation mit einer fremden Kultur, Kulturstandards sowie Verhaltensmuster beleuchtet. About the Author Anna Schmidt wurde 1972 in Nachodka, in Russland geboren und lebt seit 1999 in Deutschland. 1996 erwarb die Autorin in Russland das Diplom als Deutschlehrerin, Philologin und Dolmetscherin. Im Jahr 2007 erwarb sie in Deutschland das Diplom als Sozialarbeiterin/Sozialpdagogin und schloss 2010 den Master of Arts in interkultureller sozialer Arbeit ab. Sie arbeitete als freie Referentin fr das "Handbuch fr Trger von Kindertageseinrichtungen", welches im Carl Link Verlag erschienen ist.
