Analysiert wird hierzu der politische Entscheidungsprozess um die Krperschaftsteuerreform 1977 in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Neben den wissenschaftlichen Reformideen werden die Prferenzen von Parteien, Verbnden, Ministerialverwaltungen und Parlamentsfraktionen sowie die zwischen den Akteuren ablaufenden Interaktionsbeziehungen untersucht. Die Interpretation der Fallstudie liefert erste Anstze einer positiven Theorie der Steuerreform.
