Product Description Vor dem Hintergrund neuerer Tempustheorien, die auf der Basis des Paradigmas der Generativen Grammatik den Zusammenhang zwischen syntaktischer Struktur und temporaler Interpretation untersuchen, werden sowohl sprachspezifische als auch sprachbergreifende Fragestellungen zur Temporalitt behandelt. Es wird eine Analyse vorgeschlagen, durch die die syntaktische Abhngigkeit temporaler Interpretationen, das Verhltnis zwischen Temporaladverbien und Tempus sowie das Ineinandergreifen der grammatischen Phnomene Tempus, Modus und Aspekt strukturell erklrt werden kann. Unter Bercksichtigung der morphologischen Struktur des finiten Verbs sowie diachroner Entwicklungen wird auf der Basis dieser Theorie eine differenzierte Gesamtanalyse der Syntax der deutschen Tempusform entwickelt.
