Damit vernderte sich die etablierte, tarifpolitische Akteurskonstellation in den Arbeitsbeziehungen im Krankenhaussektor. Zugleich transformierte sich der Marburger Bund von einem berufspolitisch orientierten Standesverband zu einer Berufsgewerkschaft.
