About the Author Der Autor: Ulrich Fieber wurde 1971 in Berlin geboren. Von 1990 bis 1995 studierte er Rechtswissenschaften an der Universitt Hamburg und schloss das Studium am 08. September 1995 vor dem Hanseatischen Oberlandesgericht in Hamburg ab. In den Jahren 1996 bis 1999 leistete er seinen Vorbereitungsdienst in Hamburg, welchen er am 05. Mrz 1999 mit dem Zweiten Juristischen Staatsexamen vor dem Hanseatischen Oberlandesgericht Hamburg abschloss. Seit dem 01. Juli 1999 ist der Autor als Richter des Bundeslandes SchleswigHolstein ttig. Promotion 2000.
