Ziel dieses Projektes ist es, dem Fremdsprachenlernen in den verschiedenen europischen Mitgliedsstaaten mehr Transparenz zu verschaffen und diesbezglich Gemeinsamkeiten herzustellen. Durch gleiche, festgelegte Standards in der Fremdsprachenausbildung sollen Barrieren zwischen den verschiedenen Bildungseinrichtungen beseitigt und die Kommunikation untereinander erleichtert werden. Der GeR sollte es ermglichen, verschiedene Sprachdiplome oder Prfungen miteinander zu vergleichen. Dabei kommt der Beschreibung bestehender Prfungen mit Hilfe der im GeR festgesetzten Standards eine gewichtige Rolle zu. In der Folge ist es mglich Prfungen bestimmten Niveaustufen zuzuordnen und sie transparenter zu machen. Nach Erscheinen des GeR haben die meisten Sprachdiplome und Prfungen seine Standards umgesetzt und werben damit. Das 9. Kapitel Beurteilen und Prfen" des GeR gibt Hilfestellungen fr das Erstellen solcher Prfungen und definiert Standards fr verschiedene Formen der Beurteilung. Die vorliegende Arbeit behandelt vordergrndig das 9. Kapitel: Beurteilen und Prfen". Zu Beginn der Arbeit werden einige Standards des GeR, die fr das Verstndnis der weiteren Arbeit notwendig sind, definiert und erlutert. In der Folge werden die Inhalte des 9. Kapitels kurz vorgestellt und durchleuchtet. Schlielich wird berprft, in wie fern die Standards des GeRs, die das Prfen und Beurteilen betreffen, bei der Erstellung des Franzsischen Sprachdiploms DELF scolaire (Diplme d'Etudes en langue franaise) umgesetzt wurden.
