Diese Arbeit gibt zunchst einen berblick ber die historische Entwicklung der internationalen Strafrechtspflege anhand einer Untersuchung der bisherigen Internationalen Strafgerichtshfe. Anschlieend werden die drei internationalen Straftatbestnde Verbrechen gegen den Frieden, Kriegsverbrechen und Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit daraufhin untersucht, ob sie dem Grundsatz nullum crimen, nulla poena sine lege gerecht werden. Damit wird eine Rechtsmaterie aufbereitet, die von politisch stark zunehmender Bedeutung ist.About the AuthorDie Autorin: Martina Niehoff, geboren 1969, studierte von 1988 bis 1994 Rechtswissenschaften in Mannheim, Paris und Mnster. Den juristischen Vorbereitungsdienst absolvierte sie beim Kammergericht in Berlin. 1997 promovierte sie an der Universitt in Mnster. Nach dem zweiten Staatsexamen nahm sie 1998 die Ttigkeit als Richterin im Bezirk des OLG Hamm auf.
