In der vorliegenden Diplomarbeit wird am Beispiel der Tourismusindustrie aufgezeigt, wie man in einem wieder anziehenden Markt bei gleichzeitig zunehmender OnlineKonkurrenz fr den klassischen Vertrieb ber stationre Reisebros aktuelle Trends nutzen und den Konsumenten gezielt erreichen kann. Zwar bildet die Tourismusbranche den Schwerpunkt der Arbeit, jedoch sind die meisten Manahmen auch fr andere Vertreter der Dienstleistungsbranche modifiziert adaptierbar. Ebenso lsst sich eine Vielzahl der Ergebnisse auch auf klassische Produktionsunternehmen bertragen: durch die Verknpfung von intangiblen Teilleistungen mit den Kernprodukten zu integrierten Lsungen kann das Angebot den sich stetig verndernden Bedrfnissen der Kunden angepasst und ein uniquer Mehrwert angeboten werden.
