Innovationen helfen Unternehmen dem Wettbewerb, bei zunehmender Globalisierung der Mrkte, standzuhalten und langfristig erfolgreich zu sein. Den Wettbewerbsvorteil erlangen die Unternehmen dabei durch eine kurzzeitige Monopolstellung. Ohne ein optimal ausgestaltetes Geschftsmodell sind Innovationen allerdings zum Scheitern verurteilt. Es wird nicht mglich sein, die Nutzenstiftung der Innovation konomisch effizient zu verwerten. An dieser Stelle setzt die Fragestellung dieser Seminararbeit an. Die Beantwortung dieser soll aufzeigen, wie innovative Geschftsmodelle die Diffusion von innovativen Produkten untersttzen knnen. Ziel dieser Seminararbeit ist es, die Auswirkungen des Geschftsmodells auf die Innovationsdiffusion zu analysieren und daraus Anstze fr eine optimale Ausgestaltung des Geschftsmodells zu formulieren.
