Los jvenes, cada vez ms, optan por el consumo de informacin online frente a la prensa en papel, la radio o la televisin. Hasta qu punto influye el diseo de las noticias online y las caractersticas de Internet en esta decisin? En este libro se concretan los elementos que prefieren los jvenes espaoles en el diseo de una informacin en Internet, as como la importancia que les otorgan a la tipografa o a los componentes multimedia. A travs de un diseo experimental, el nico realizado en Espaa hasta el momento sobre esta temtica, se ofrecen los elementos clave que ms aceptacin tienen entre los jvenes. Ms de 700 alumnos de universidades espaolas y de FP participaron en este estudio. Tambin se incluye una investigacin exploratoria, de enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, donde los alumnos explican los motivos de sus preferencias. Los resultados, tiles tanto para acadmicos como para las empresas periodsticas, permiten comprender el valor que para los jvenes tiene el diseo de una noticia en Internet, as como la posibilidad de ajustar el mensaje formal a sus expectativas.
