El propsito general de esta investigacin es disear un curso de capacitacin para los trabajadores de una empresa gubernamental, en el cual se distinguen cuatro etapas, siendo estas: Etapa I. Deteccin de necesidades. Etapa II. Diseo del curso. Etapa III. Implementacin del programa y Etapa IV. Evaluacin del programa; estableciendo como finalidad proporcionar informacin y desarrollar competencias a los trabajadores para que puedan resolver con mayor destreza las actividades propias del puesto.
